What is a digital business card?
A personal profile page with your contact details at a fixed address. Instead of swapping paper cards, you share a link or QR code. When something changes, you update your profile centrally – instead of printing new cards.
Do I or the other person need a special app?
No. Your card opens in the browser of any smartphone. Saving works via the vCard standard, which every device supports out of the box.
What is a vCard?
A vCard (.vcf) is the standard format for digital contacts. Flippocard creates it automatically from your profile – name, phone numbers, emails, and addresses land straight in your contact's phone book.
What happens if data changes or someone leaves the company?
Changes go live immediately. If someone leaves the team, you deactivate their card in the portal with one click – the old link then leads nowhere.
Can we set our own design (corporate identity)?
Yes. In the Design section you set your logo, brand colors, fonts, backgrounds, and layout. If you like, individual cards may deviate from it.
How do I get access to the portal?
Registering your company is free: confirm your email address, set a password, done. You invite your team by email. You can also view a sample card without an account.
What does Flippocard cost?
The first 5 business cards are free forever – including all premium features. Need more? Book a monthly subscription in the portal: 10 cards for €1.99, 50 cards for €9.99, or 250 cards for €29.99 per month (plus VAT), cancellable monthly. For larger teams, write to hallo@digitaldeck.de.
